Three sets of forming rollers at angles to each other continuously roll the steel strip along a specific spiral angle to form the pipe body. This process achieves stable forming of different diameter specifications by precisely controlling the ratio between the steel strip delivery speed and the forming angle. During the spiral forming process, an online real-time monitoring system automatically adjusts the joint gap and pipe diameter accuracy to ensure that the roundness and straightness of the pipe body meet the standard requirements, creating ideal butt welding conditions for subsequent submerged arc welding.
